  1. How can I order?
    • Pick a location so the website would know if it can deliver from your location.
    • Go to brands or products and pick a product that you wish to purchase.
    • Once you have decided to continue purchasing, click the shopping bag on the upper right side of the window.
    • Review your order and click Proceed, you’ll be redirected to the billing and delivery window. Fill—out the required details and click continue and wait for the order complete window to show.
    • An order number will be sent to your account for tracking purposes.
  2. How can I track my order?

    You can track your order by sending a chat message from the website or email us at pepsicustomerservice@pcppi.com.ph

  3. Is there a minimum purchase before I can order?

    Yes, there is a minimum fee of P 300.00.

  4. Can I order multiple items in total of P 300.00?

    Yes, the requirement is to have at least P 300.00 before you can order.
